PLEASE READ THESE CONSUMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS CAREFULLY. THESE CONSUMER TERMS AND CONDITIONS (“AGREEMENT,” “TERMS AND CONDITIONS,” or “TERMS”) CONSTITUTE A LEGAL AGREEMENT BETWEEN YOU AND SAN PEDRO DELIVERY EXPRESS, AS DEFINED BELOW.

Service Scope
Our services include the pickup, transportation, and delivery of parcels, documents, and goods as requested by customers. We operate within San Pedro, Ambergris Caye, Belize and offer same-day, next-day, and scheduled deliveries.

User Responsibilities
     
  * Customers must provide accurate delivery details, including recipient name, address, and contact information.
       * The package must be properly packed to prevent damage.
       * Customers must not send prohibited items (e.g., illegal goods, explosives, perishable food without proper packaging).

Prohibited Items
We do not accept deliveries containing:
       * Illegal substances, firearms, or explosives.
       * Perishable goods without adequate packaging.
       * Hazardous materials, including chemicals and flammable liquids.
       * Valuable items like cash, jewelry, or important documents (unless pre-approved).

Delivery Timeframes
We strive to deliver within the estimated time; however, delays may occur due to traffic, weather, or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

Internet Delays

The Technology and Services may be subject to limitations, delays, and other problems inherent in the use of the Internet and electronic communications. Except as otherwise required by applicable law and subject to the Non-Excludable Provisions, San Pedro Delivery Express is not responsible for any delays, delivery failures, damage, loss, injury, or other economic damage resulting from such problems.

Pricing & Payment

       * Delivery charges are calculated based on distance and package size.
       * Payment can be made via cash or credit/debit card.
       * All payments must be made before or upon delivery unless otherwise agreed.

Fees for Services

San Pedro Delivery Express may change the delivery fees that San Pedro Delivery Express charges you as we deem necessary or appropriate for our day-to-day business operation.

Governing Law & Dispute Resolution
These Terms are governed by the laws of Belize. Any disputes shall first be resolved through mediation/arbitration or as a last resort through court jurisdiction.

Cancellation & Refund Policy

San Pedro Delivery Express has no obligation to provide refunds or credits but may grant them gratuitously at San Pedro Delivery Express’ sole discretion in each case.
       * Orders canceled before dispatch may be eligible for a full refund.
       * Orders canceled after dispatch may incur a cancellation fee.
       * Refunds for lost or damaged items are subject to investigation and our liability limits.
       * Refunds to credit/debit cards will be processed within 7-business days.


Liability & Claims
      
  * Our liability for lost or damaged goods is limited to full cost of item as verified and approved.
        * Claims for lost or damaged items must be made within 24-hours of delivery.
        * We are not responsible for indirect losses, such as loss of profits or business interruptions.

Force Majeure
We are not liable for service failures caused by events beyond our control, such as natural disasters, strikes, accidents, or government restrictions.

Privacy & Data Protection
We collect and store customer information solely for service purposes. We do not sell or share personal data with third parties without consent, except as required by law.

Choice of Law

Without giving effect to any principles that provide for the application of the law of any other jurisdiction, this Agreement is governed by the laws of Belize.

Severability

Except as otherwise provided in this Agreement, if any provision of this Agreement is found to be invalid or unenforceable under applicable law, the invalidity or unenforceability of such provision shall not affect the validity or enforceability of the remaining provisions of this Agreement, which shall remain in full force and effect.

Notice

Where San Pedro Delivery Express requires that you provide an email address, you are responsible for providing San Pedro Delivery Express with your most current email address. In the event that the last email address you provided to San Pedro Delivery Express is not valid, or for any reason is not capable of delivering to you any notices required or permitted by this Agreement, San Pedro Delivery Express’ dispatch of the email containing such notice will nonetheless constitute effective notice. You agree that all agreements, payment or notifications, and other communications that San Pedro Delivery Express provides to you electronically (such as through email) satisfy any legal requirement that such communications be in writing or be delivered in a particular manner. You agree that you have the ability to store such electronic communications such that they remain accessible to you in an unchanged form. You may give notice to San Pedro Delivery Express by contacting our Customer Support line on Whats App at 011-501-611-1492 and initiating a chat with us. Such notice shall be deemed given on the next business day after such notice is actually received by San Pedro Delivery Express.

Currency

Unless otherwise indicated, all prices and other amounts displayed through the Services are in Belize currency.

Subcontracting

San Pedro Delivery Express may subcontract any of its obligations under this Agreement without your prior written consent.

Variation of Websites or Technology 

We may from time to time vary, modify, or discontinue, temporarily or permanently, any or all of our website or the Technology.

Language Versions

You acknowledge and agree that the official language of these Terms is in English.

Amendments to Terms
We reserve the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. Continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
